Welcome to the Greek stone houses website.
On our website, you will see a few examples of properties that we have recently built, and are currently
for sale. We can assist you in the process of having your dream home built, from the purchase of land, designing of your house,
having plans drawn up to your requirements, obtaining all the relevant permissions, and carrying out the construction
of your home LEGALLY, until handing over the property completed and you are totally satisfied.
We are based in Kalamata, Southern Peloponnese, and construct properties in all of the Messinia
area, to the very highest standards.

Messinia, is an area of outstanding beauty, and offers a host of historical ancient sites to visit,
including Olympia, ancient Messini, and others, too numerous to mention. On the central peninsular, to the East of Kalamata,
on the Messinian Bay, there are the wonderful areas of Avia, the Mani, in which the tourist Village of Stoupa lies.
On the Western peninsular, on the Mesinian Bay side, there are various villages on the coast, including Chrani, Petalidi and
Koroni. On the opposite side there are various coastal villages of interest, including Methoni, Pilos, Finikounda, Gialava
heading up to the sea port of Patras.
The airport in Kalamata is open from the beginning of May, to the end of October, with flights from
the UK every Sunday, and flights from Germany and Holland on other days of the week. Athen airport offers flights from
all over the world, and currently around eight flights everyday from the UK. Athens is just over three hours
car drive from Kalamata, and there is also a very regular, excellent coach service. There is a train, but takes
a long time! Reading the local press recently, they are planning internal flights next year from Kalamata to Athens and Thessalonika.
Opening in 2008 are two very large, luxury hotels with golf courses, on the west side of the western peninsular, so hopefully
this will keep the local airport open all year round.
Purchasing a home in Greece, can be a complicated process, so it's our aim, to make this
process as simple and straight forward as possible.
Our team is headed by Mr. George Fragkoulis, the owner of the company. The company is highly
respected, and has been building properties for many years in the Kalamata area of Greece. We have an excellent reputation
for building individual houses up to large commercial projects. We also have our own team of civil engineers, lawyers, tradesmen,
and representatives, who will assist you all the way to achieving your perfect 'home in the sun'. Our standards are of the
highest quailty, and most importantly, here in Greece, everything is carried out legally, which often is not the case. We
are English speaking, so we can provide our customers with the best service available, putting our business
ahead of the competition.

To further assist you in your purchase process, we can advise you in travel arrangement to Greece, recommending
accommation whilst you are here, car hire, and giving you all available local knowledge that we are able. We will willingly
show you any properties available at your convenience, and show you some of our various properties, previously constructed
by ourselves.
At present this site only shows a few properties which we have available, but if you have any preferences,
and would like to design your own home, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will endeavour to locate land in your
preferred area, and our civil engineer will design a property to you specifics. We are at present building quite a few
houses, and are near to completion, but they are all sold, this is why they do not appear on this website.
